Worked pretty hard today, but felt really wasted at the end. I think my nutrition today played a role. I didn't eat very much today, and what I did eat wasn't very healthy. I'd like to get back into the swing of eating 5-6 meals a day. You know what has to come first though... grocery shopping. Ugh! lol

Pushed it to the max today for 44 min. Then I started feeling nauseous to the point where I needed to stop. This was most likely due to a combination of not enough food, having McDonalds for dinner, not enough water, and pushing myself too hard.

Despite the nauseousness, I feel pumped. I've been consistently losing weight week to week, and if I lose another pound this week, I will meet my 10 lbs milestone with Weight Watchers. That's definitely motivating! To think that at my heaviest I weighed 237, and now I weigh 123... that's 14 lbs I've lost! That's an accomplishment in itself. I've got a long ways to go, but if I could do 17 lbs like this, I can do anything.

Didn't have enough fuel today to get through the workout. Also my back was hurting so I immediately stopped. If there's one thing I don't fuck around with, it's my back. Save it for tomorrow.

I did Kenpo yesterday, but didn't record my results. Today's exercise went well. I'm feeling super strong... super pumped. I'm going to buy a pair of 25 lbs dumbbells tomorrow because 20s aren't enough for some exercises. I'm beating all of my numbers from my previous workouts, and it feels great. I got an awesome confidence boost yesterday when one of Danielle's friends from Annie poked me and I naturally flexed my arm, and then she was like "Woah!" and started grabbing my arm because of how tight and hard it was, lol. Definitely a confidence booster.

On another note, only 50 days till Disney. That means only 50 more days to get in beach-body shape! I want to wear tank tops during the trip, so I've still got some weight to lose before then. I've started tracking my food more religiously, and sticking to the Weight Watchers program. Hopefully it will pay off! I'll keep you posted.

Missed Yoga on Thursday and missed Legs & Back yesterday, so I decided to do Legs & Back today, and I'll do Kenpo tomorrow. The workout today went pretty well... my legs and abs are probably my weakest links, so naturally I don't find this workout very enjoyable.

Holy cow what a great workout! I pushed it to the max and feel great! My arms feel totally wasted... they're going to feel great tomorrow! You know you're working hard when you burn over 600 calories during a strength training workout. Did 6 reps of Abs during Ab Ripper X and felt good... next time I'll be doing 7.

Well, I pushed myself pretty hard for nearly 20 minutes, and then I started feeling really shitty and decided to stop. It could be either dehydration, lack of food today, sunstroke, or all of the above. The good news is I still burned nearly 200 calories.

Oh well... here's to tomorrow.

Missed the past few days, feeling pretty guilty about it. I still lost 2 lbs last week, so that's good news... I just want to keep the momentum up. I feel GREAT when I've completed my workout for the day, and feel sore the next day. I feel great when my clothes fit better. I feel great when Danielle compliments me and tells me she's proud of me. I like when my friend punches my arm and then comments on how strong I am, and then tells her husband to feel my arms because she wants his to be like mine. I love telling my coworker that I've lost 6 pounds and having him reply "I can tell!"

All of that feels sooooooooo good. I would love to keep feeling all of that.

Day 31 - Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper X

Did my workout early today, and feel great. Did mostly 10 lbs on the weights since it's the first time with this workout. Next week I will up a lot of the weights. With that said, I still got a great workout today, and some good pump. I'm about to take a protein shake, and keep eating healthy the rest of the day! Super motivated!

I also took some 30 day pics today. I need to find where I saved the day 1 pics so that I can make a side-by-side.
